Q: How do I place an order?

A: Fill out “a request for a quote” and one of our knowledgeable sales associates will contact you; or call us directly at 1-877-887-6281.

Q: What is the minimum order for caps and bags?

A: Caps: 24 each for an initial order; no minimum on re-orders. Bags: no minimum

Q: How long do reorders take?

A: 2-4 weeks.

Q: Will digitizing and vector fee’s be charged for re-orders?

A: Digitizing: no. Screen set-up charges: yes.

Q: Can I mix and match colors and styles to meet the initial minimum quantity?

A: No.

Q: Where are your caps/bags manufactured?

A: All of caps/bags are manufactured in North America.

Shipping Questions

Q: How long before I receive my order?

A: Since we are the manufacturer, we are able to offer you a fast turn-around time unlike many import companies. Once artwork is approved, you will receive your caps within 2-3 weeks, and bags within 4-6 weeks.

Q: From where are your products shipped?

A: Southern California.

Q: What is your shipping method?

A: UPS Ground; Next day , two day, and/or three day delivery are available.

Customizing Your Cap or Bag

Q: What areas of the caps or bags can be embroidered?

A: The customization is endless. Caps and bags can be embroidered anywhere!

Q: What is the largest embroidery and screen print size possible for caps and bags?

A: Cap embroidery : front- 3” x 4”; side or back- 1-1/2” x 2”. Bag printing is normally 9” x 9”; smaller for smaller bags.

Q: What type of artwork do you require in order to embroider/print?

A: a High-Resolution J-PEG format is best.

Q: Can you create artwork for me?

A: Yes we can; there is a nominal artwork fee based on time to create the logo.

Q: Will I be able to see artwork of a finished cap/bag before production for approval?

A: Upon your request, we can provide you with a mockup of your finished cap or bag; an embroidered color swatch is also available.

Payment and Contact

Q: How do I pay? Is a deposit required?

A: We accept checks or credit cards. Terms of Net 10 for all numbered purchase orders from schools.Authorized credit card deposits are required for all orders; credit cards are used to secure an order and will not be charged until the entire order is shipped.

Q: Will I be charged sales tax?

A: All orders shipped to a California account, with no re-sale number, will be charged California sales tax.

Q: Can you send me a sample cap?

A: Yes. A free J-DUB stock sample is available at no charge. A custom made sample request will require a sample charge; once an an order is placed, a portion of the sample charge will be credited on your initial order.
